Headset replaced

Andrew had a large bolt to press the headset back on but this would not work to start the headset square into the frame. I ended up tapping it in with a block of wood and hammer to start both the top and bottom. Then Andrew's large threaded rod with nuts, washers and an old disc brake disc to spread the force. It worked well to tighten the headset down firmly. Apparently the bottom was done wrongly as the "KING" does not face the front.
